France GP 2021: Coq Au Vermouth, Carrot Tarte Tatin, and Fennel and Grapefruit Salad
What a stellar race for this round of the French GP. This track has a history of being quite processional and boring, but this race was anything but boring. Especially if you watched the McLarens! Lando and Daniel made more passes than anyone thought the whole field combined would have. And I for one love the stripey run off areas. Occasionally they caused a bit of dizziness, but I love a stylized track. Hope you enjoyed it too!
For this year’s French Grand Prix we made Coq Au Vermouth, Carrot Tarte Tatin, and Fennel and Grapefruit Salad with Warm Goat Cheese. I highly recommend you also try the 232 cocktail and make a few of the simple yet extraordinarily tasty appetizers like Eggs with Mayo Persiallade or Comte and Sesame Twists from the new French-inspired cookbook À Table by Rebekah Pepler!
There were so many recipes I wanted to make that I have a long list of contenders for next year just waiting for us! How about you? What French recipes do you love or can’t wait to try?
