Hungarian Handlebar Cocktail

Another lovely approach to a Zwack cocktail. This time a Rye forward but well-balanced cocktail with orgeat (bitter-almond liquer) and lime juice. We have a bottle of Zwack, not Zwack Unicum, which is a little less bitter than Unicum (which is what is called for in the original recipe), so we added a smidge more to better balance the cocktail using Zwack. This also makes it a super easy 1:1:1:1 recipe. Super drinkable, delicious, and another great example of Zwack making everything better.

Hungarian Handlebar Cocktail

Adapted from Cocktail Dudes

1 oz. Rye
1 oz. Zwack
1 oz. Orgeat
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Add all ingredients, with ice, to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a tumbler with ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
