Margaritas (yes, again, and always)
Classic Margarita
1 ½ ounces high-quality silver tequila
½ ounce triple sec or other orange liqueur (recommend: Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao)
½ ounce fresh lime juice
¼ ounce agave syrup
Rim a rocks glass with salt, add ice. In a shaker combine all ingredients, shake well, or stir until agave is incorporated, pour over ice and serve.
