Red Danube Cocktail
Another delicious Zwack cocktail to add to your repertoire. Sweet, strong, and complex this makes for a great pre-dinner or after-dinner drink.
You can add more vermouth or lime to balance the drink to be sweeter or tangier to your preference.

2 oz Zwack liqueur
1 oz Sweet vermouth
1⁄2 oz Campari
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
3 dashes Orange bitters
Optional garnish: orange or lemon peel
1. Combine all ingredients except citrus peel in a mixing glass over ice, stir to combine and chill.
2. Strain into a double old fashioned glass over ice, or a coupe glass straight up.
Optional: Express the citrus peel over the drink and add to glass.
